Summary of results in accordance with the objectives:
O1. Identification of stakeholders for interviews (WP2):
Stakeholders from various sectors were recruited, and 20 interviews were conducted, providing essential data for the analysis of perceptions of innovative foods.

O2. Bibliometric analysis:
Based on 86 articles, visual maps were created using the VOSviewer program, and four thematic clusters were identified (nutrition, environment, technology, health). Based on these clusters, a Cluster Synergy Model (CCSM) was developed.

Analysis of national legislation highlighted barriers and opportunities for meat substitute producers, emphasizing the impact on consumer perception and compliance with EU standards.

Qualitative interviews were supported by documents (e.g., informed consent, GDPR), providing detailed insights into alternative protein sources.
